PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for rationally displaying an image on navigation-related information, including the location of own ship position or other places. SOLUTION: The navigation device includes a place identification graphic display means for displaying a graphic enclosing respective prescribed places for roughly identifying the prescribed places, accompanying respective pieces of navigation-related information while displaying a graphic for indicating the true positions of the prescribed places in the graphic; and the graphic enclosing the places is a first graphic constituting a circle or a polygon, while the graphic for indicating the true positions is a second graphic which is point-like or is cross-shaped, and which is smaller than the first graphic.
