PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head inspecting device that can accurately detect whether or not a liquid droplet is ejected by performing inspection of trouble of an inspecting device for detecting whether or not the liquid droplet is ejected, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus, and a method for inspecting the liquid jetting head inspecting device. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head inspecting device 50 that detects the trouble of a liquid jetting head 10 for ejecting the liquid droplet from a nozzle aperture by drive of a driving element includes: a liquid droplet strike part 30 which the liquid droplet ejected from the liquid jetting head 10 can reach; an electric change detection means 60 which detects the electric change of the liquid droplet strike part 30; a non-striking means which prevents the liquid droplet from striking on the liquid droplet strike part when an ejection driving signal is applied to the driving element; and a determination part 70 which determines whether or not trouble is caused in the liquid jetting head inspecting device 50 based on a result of detection by the electric change detection means 60.
