PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable controller that does not cause erroneous input even if disposed in the proximity of an apparatus that generates noise repeated at a constant cycle. SOLUTION: In the programmable controller that includes an input part for inputting an input signal from the outside, an operation control part 100 for executing predetermined operation processing based on the input signal input in the input part, and an output part for outputting a signal to which operation processing is executed by the operation control part, the input part includes a logic array, a filter 15 for removing high-frequency noise repeated at a constant cycle is provided in the pre-stage of the input part, and the filter is made up by using part of the logic array.
