PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salt melting apparatus by which productivity is enhanced. SOLUTION: The salt melting apparatus to melt a granular or powdery salt includes a plurality of melting units 1, ... or the like to melt a solid salt, a merging unit 2 to merge liquefied (liquid state) salts melted in each melting units 1 and an apparatus body 3 to fix each melting units 1 and the merging unit 2. Each melting units 1 has a tube body to discharge the salt supplied from upstream from a lower end side and a tube body heater arranged along the tube body to heat the salt in the tube body to a designated temperature not lower than the melting point and melt the salt in the tube body.
