METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MEDICAL PURIFIED WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing medical purified water, stably and inexpensively supplying high quality purified water always maintaining sufficiently low endotoxin concentration even if the use amount varies, and an apparatus for manufacturing medical purified water suitable for implementing the method. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing medical purified water includes: a process of sending RO (reverse osmosis) treated water to a water storing tank 2 to store water; a process of sending the RO treated water of the water storing tank 2 to an EDI (Electro Deionization) device 3 to obtain the EDI treated water; a process of sending back the EDI treated water from a third line 14 to the water storing tank 2 to obtain mixed water of the RO treated water and the EDI treated water; and a circulating process of repeating the process of again sending the mixed water from a second line 13 to the EDI device 3 and treating the same. In the circulating process, while the endotoxin (ET) concentration in the water storing tank 2 is monitored by a measuring device 20, the circulating amount of the EDI treated water is controlled.
