PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module attaining firm junction by increasing the mechanical strength of a thermoelectric conversion element and an electrode, maintaining insulation without using an insulating substrate, attaining mutual flexibility of the thermoelectric conversion elements, and high in durability. SOLUTION: In the thermoelectric conversion module (1), the P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion elements (2) are alternately arranged sequentially and caps (3) formed of insulators are put on the both end sides of the thermoelectric conversion elements. The thermoelectric conversion element and the cap are joined with each other with a metal-based joining material (4) charged in each cap and the thermoelectric conversion elements covered with the adjacent caps are sequentially connected with one another via metal tapes (5). An end of the metal tape is connected with the metal joining material charged in the cap, the metal-based joining material is preferably a silver paste and the metal tape is preferably a silver tape.
