The invention relates to gas turbine power plants having a fuel cell, characterized by a new process control that integrates CO2 removal into the power plant process in an optimized manner, and to a method for operating such a power plant. The core of the invention is a method for operating a gas turbine power plant having exhaust gas recirculation into the intake flow of the gas turbine (6) and having a fuel cell (15), wherein CO2 is removed from the exhaust gases not recirculated in the fuel cell. To optimize the overall power and the overall efficiency of the power plant, the recirculation mass flow rate (21) is controlled in such a way that the exhaust gas composition of the gas turbine enables optimal operation of the downstream at least one fuel cell under the constraint of stable, efficient gas turbine operation. The invention further relates to a power plant for performing the method. |
