<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance shaping flexibility of a base material by effectively responding to change in the width dimension of the base material, in a spraying method and a spraying device for resin powder for spraying resin powder to the surface of the base material. <P>SOLUTION: The spraying device 30 includes a hopper 31 for storing the resin powder P and a shooter 32 located on the lower side of the hopper 31 and shaking down the resin powder P. Expansion metal fittings 40 are mounted on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the shooter 32 so as to be openable/closable. By fixing the expansion metal fittings 40 in the opened state or the closed state to the shooter 32, an opening width dimension W of an opening 33 for powder spray located at a lower end of the shooter 32 can be varied so as to effectively respond to the width dimension w of the base material F. By attaching an additionally-installed spraying unit 60 which is a separate body to the terminal of the longitudinal direction of the shooter 32, the opening width dimension W of the opening 33 for power spray is expanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
