<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral nutrient material for selecting appropriate NPC/N according to an ingestion object person; to provide a method for selecting at least one kind of the oral nutrient material so as to make NPC/N appropriate according to an ingestion object person; and to provide a method for selecting and combining the oral nutrient material. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes: selecting at least one kind of the oral nutrient material from the oral nutrient material which has a non-protein calorie/nitrogen ratio (NPC/N) of 25-850 so as to make the NPC/N appropriate according to an ingestion object person, and at least 0.9 kcal/g calorie, is soft, and retains the shape of a raw material or a food material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
