<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for vehicle which has a reduced size and maintains a high-precision engagement of members engaging each other. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission ratio varying mechanism 5 includes: an inner wheel 391 differentially rotatably connecting an input member 20 and output member 22; an outer wheel 392 rotatably supporting the inner wheel 391; a first bearing 31; and a second bearing 32. A second axial line Z2 as a central axial line of the inner wheel 391 is inclined with respect to a first axial line Z1. The input member 20 and the inner wheel 391 are formed with a first uneven engaging part 61. The output member 22 and the inner wheel 391 are formed with a second uneven engaging part 62.
