<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance frequency utilization efficiency and further to enhance reception characteristics in a communication system for communicating signals from a transmitting side to a receiving side. <P>SOLUTION: At the transmitting side, there are provided an STBC encoding means 1, two transmission baseband processing means 2a, 2b, two wireless transmission processing means 4a, 4b and transmitting-side switch means 3a, 3b and based on a result of monitoring a state at the transmitting side, a transmission control means 6 controls switching by the transmitting-side switch means and a state of output from the wireless transmission processing means. At the receiving side, there are provided two wireless reception processing means 12a, 12b, two STBC decoding means 14a, 14b, a combination processing means 16 and receiving-side switch means 13a, 13b and based on a result of monitoring a state at the receiving side, a reception control means 15 controls switching by the receiving-side switch means and a state of output from the STBC decoding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
