摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell having superior mechanical strength of a metal oxide layer and improving the durability, without excessively impairing battery characteristics and a dye-sensitized solar cell superior in battery characteristics and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The metal oxide electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell is provided with a base body and a metal oxide layer arranged on the base body, and the metal oxide layer contains a metal oxide and a phosphate system surfactant.
