PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-metal complex hardly forming a gap while having less stress remaining on the joint surface of a resin case and a metal member when mounting the metal member to the resin case. SOLUTION: The metal member 2 is inserted in a die and disposed in a resin member 1 simultaneously with the formation of the resin member 1, and then the metal member 2 disposed in the resin member 1 is heated to join the resin member 1 to the metal member 2 again.
