PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive member and a method of manufacturing the thermally conductive member.

SOLUTION: The thermally conductive member includes a metal material base with a low melting point and a patterned carbon nanotube array disposed in the metal material base with the lower melting point. The patterned carbon nanotube array contains a plurality of carbon nanotube arrays, and the material of the metal material base with the low melting point is charged between adjacent carbon nanotube arrays. Further, the present invention provides the method of manufacturing the thermally conductive member.
