PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating-oil supply device correctly controlling the amount of lubricating oil poured in a compressor and detecting the presence or absence of abnormality. SOLUTION: The lubricating-oil supply device for supplying the lubricating oil to the compressor 1 includes a metering tank 6 as an intermediate vessel so that the lubricating oil previously fed sparingly, from a supply tank 3 through an operating valve 5 and filled into the intermediate vessel is supplied to the compressor 1. The metering tank 6 detects both situations where the amount of lubricating oil filled is at a high level and at a refilling level with a constant amount deducted from the high level, and outputs a signal. A control monitoring means 10 performs opening/closing control so that by detecting the refilling level, the operating valve 5 is opened and closed at a high level; and in addition to this, detects the presence or absence of the abnormality of a function for supplying the lubricating oil to the compressor 1, based on a pace (time required and the number of times) such that the lubricating oil is reduced from the high level to the refilling level.
