PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device with a lock mechanism, which can utilize a lock member for an improvement in discharge operability. SOLUTION: In the discharge device with the lock mechanism, the lock member 60 is pivoted on a supporting base 40 rotatably to a front-back direction, and the lock member is engaged with an operating lever 50, and is provided so as to be able to take a lock position blocking a depression of a stem 20 by the operating lever and an unlock position allowing the depression of the stem by the operating lever by turning from the lock position backward and disengaging from the operating lever.
