PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding method of adhesion fixing stably a resin molding to a metal member, and also to provide an ultrasonic welding machine, and electronics with the resin molding. SOLUTION: A tool horn having an abutting part forming a protrusion of a predetermined height and a plane part is ultrasonically vibrated in a state that the resin molding is fitted in the metal member, and at the same time, the surface of the resin molding is pressed. The resin molding is softened by a giving of vibration energy to the resin molding, and adhesion-fixed by deforming until the resin molding adheres tightly to the metal member. Further, a hole, a concave portion, or a notch is provided on the metal member, the tool horn is ultrasonically vibrated, at the same time, the surface of the resin molding is pressed to be softened, and the resin molding is adhesion-fixed by deforming until the resin molding enters the hole, the concave portion, or the notch provided on the metal member.
