PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-ray shading laminate suppressed from the deterioration caused by discoloration even if containing (composite) tungsten oxide as a heat-ray shading agent and having excellent transparency. SOLUTION: The heat-ray shading laminate includes a heat-ray shading layer containing tungsten oxide and/or composite tungsten oxide and the adhesive resin layer (A) provided to at least one side of the heat ray shading layer. The adhesive resin layer (A) includes adhesive resin and a silane coupling agent and the content of the silane coupling agent is 0.005-0.5 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the adhesive resin.
