摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of detecting both a local abnormality and a global abnormality with sufficient accuracy, while suppressing operands. SOLUTION: This image processing device includes a photographing part 20 for acquiring an image formed of many pixels by photographing an inspection object, and a discrimination part 21 for discriminating whether the inspection object is a nondefective article or a defective article based on an image acquired by the photographing part 20. A calculation parameter of a storage part 24 is calculated from a correlation coefficient matrix of a brightness value of each pixel of each image constituting a nondefective image group, a difference value of brightness between a pixel and an adjacent pixel relative to each pixel of each image constituting the nondefective image group, and an integrated value of the brightness of a pixel and a peripheral pixel relative to each pixel of each image constituting the nondefective image group. The discrimination part 21 calculates a statistical distance to data of the nondefective image group relative to an image of the inspection object, and discriminates whether the calculated statistical distance is in a prescribed range or not.
