PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer meter reducing a friction resistance when driving a moving body. SOLUTION: The pointer meter 1 is equipped with: a dial 2 having dial part 22 formed thereon; a drive means 3 disposed behind the dial 2; and a pointer 4 moving on the dial 2 along with an operation of the drive means 3, and also is equipped with: a drive gear 32 disposed at the output shaft 31 of the drive means 3; a belt 5 being the moving body driven along with a rotation of the drive gear 32; a plurality of gears 6 for holding the belt 5; a fixing member 7 for arranging the gears 6, a tension applying part 10 for applying a fixed tension to the belt 5; a guide part 71 for guiding the pointer 4 in a track; and a connection moving member 8 which has the pointer 4, is connected with the belt 5 and is moved along the guide part 71.
