PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage gas detector which accurately detects even a small quantity of gas leakage. SOLUTION: The leakage gas detector includes an introduction pipe 26 which introduces combustion gas in a combustor 27 into a vent stack 22, a gas pressure gage 25 which measures the inlet gas pressure of the vent stack 22, an anemometer 23 which meters a wind velocity in the vicinity of an outlet of the vent stack 22, and a central control part 24 which determines whether the inlet gas pressure of the vent stack 22 is a normal value or not, based on measured data of the gas pressure gage 25 and the anemometer 23, and performs information on the result of the determination.
