PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonograph which can make a user easily recognize a border between blood flow signals and a noise area, reduce a load on an operator, and shorten diagnostic time. SOLUTION: The ultrasonograph includes transmission/reception means to transmit/receive ultrasonic beams to/from a diagnostic site including a moving body in a subject; extraction means to extract Doppler signals caused by the moving body at a desired range gate position from reception signals obtained by the transmission/reception means; frequency analysis means to calculate a Doppler spectrum from the extracted Doppler signals; adjusting means to change intensity of the Doppler spectrum within a partial area except for a partial area with smaller intensity of the calculated Doppler spectrum; and display control means to display the Doppler spectrum changed by the adjusting means on a display unit with brightness based on the intensity.
