发明名称 MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR ROTOR CORE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a rotor and to further improve mounting strength of a center shaft and a rotor core. SOLUTION: A circular ring member 40 with comparatively large malleability is mounted on a rotor shaft 30, and the ring member 40 is caulked to an end plate 24b-side of the rotor core 20 with bending so as to mount the rotor core 20 onto the rotor shaft 30. In this manner, mounting strength of the rotor shaft 30 and the rotor core 20 can be improved, by caulking the ring member 40 and mounting the rotor core 20 on the rotor shaft 30. Since the rotor shaft 30 itself is not deformed, malleability of the rotor shaft 30 can be lowered, and the rotor shaft 30 can be formed by sintering forming which achieves weight reduction.
