PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a joint line where ACF tapes are joined together. SOLUTION: An ACF pasting device includes an ACF joint line detection unit 50 which detects a joint line of an ACF tape 13 where ACF tapes, with an ACF8 laminated on a white or transparent base tape, are joined together by ends. The ACF joint line detection unit 50 includes a lighting part 51 for illuminating the ACF tape 13, a detection sensor 53 which receives the light from the illuminated ACF tape 13 for detecting a joint line of the ACF tape 13, and a translucent plate 52 arranged on the side opposite to the detection sensor 53 across the ACF tape 13.
