PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an inserted partial code after inserting a partial code in a specimen code and generating a development code. SOLUTION: A screen transition editing tool 111 which inserts the partial code into the specimen code and generates script data makes a computer function as a specimen data division part code insertion part 124 which generates the script data by inserting the partial code into a position in the specimen code which insertion position specific information showing a position for inserting the partial code shows, and as a specific information grant section 125 which gives script data the insertion position specific information which shows the position where the specimen data division part code insertion part 124 has inserted the partial code into the specimen code.
