PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that attachment of a wire for preventing theft, or the like, to an electronic apparatus makes appearance worse and makes it difficult to operate the electronic apparatus when the electronic apparatus includes a charger connected thereto and is exhibited. SOLUTION: An antitheft device A1 interposed between a mobile phone M and a charger C includes an input-side connection part 1 for connecting the charger C, an output-side connection part 2 connected to the mobile phone M, a voltage detector 3 for detecting a voltage during charging, an alarm 4 for generating an alarm tone, a controller 6 for operating the alarm 4 in response to the occurrence of abnormality in detection value of the voltage detector 3, an internal battery 7 being a power source of each device, and a power switch 8 for opening/closing a circuit between each device and the internal battery 7. The antitheft device assumes such an appearance that it is a part of the charger C, while provided with an essential antitheft function and includes the improved appearance and improves the operability of the mobile phone.
