PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe wherein the pitch of a piezoelectric vibrator is made finer than before, and an ultrasonic diagnostic device. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes a flexible substrate 10 having a second copper foil layer 21 composed of a plurality of conductor patterns 25 connected electrically to the piezoelectric vibrator, wherein division slits 15 are provided between piezoelectric vibrators so as to cut into a wide part 26b' in a conductor pattern 25' and a part 27' of the first layer.
