PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter device for cutting a sheet member simply and finely adjusting the positional relation between a cutting edge of a knife and a rotor with which the cutting edge opposes. SOLUTION: A cutter rotor 3 attached with the knife 5 and a plane rotor 4 opposing it are rotatably arranged in a base body 20, a ring-shape position adjusting body 6 whose axis of the inner periphery is displaced in the radial direction with respect to the axis of the outer periphery is interposed between the cutter rotor and the base body, the gap between a cutting edge of the knife and the plane rotor is made adjustable by rotating operation of the position adjusting body by a driving device 65, bearing members are interposed between the inner periphery of the position adjusting body and the cutter rotor and between the outer periphery of the position adjusting body and the base body respectively, a ring-shape gapless positioning adjusting body 7 whose inner periphery is displaced in the radial direction with respect to the outer periphery is interposed between the cutter rotor and the base body, and the cutter rotor is energized to the direction departing from the plane rotor by rotating operation of the positioning adjusting body.
