摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The aluminum substrate (1) has a roughened surface with an anodized layer (2) formed upon it. A polystyrene sulfonate layer (4) is formed on a section of the anodized layer. A conductive polymer layer (20) on this, forms the solid electrolyte. The polystyrene sulfonate layer is joined between the anodization layer (2) and the conductive polymer layer. The polystyrene sulphonate layer is formed by immersion of the aluminum substrate in an aqueous solution, its constituents being further detailed in the disclosure. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for the corresponding method of manufacture. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# A solid electrolyte capacitor. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# This solid electrolyte capacitor has outstanding moisture resistance, as demonstrated by protracted testing in a humid climatic chamber (graphs included in disclosure).
