This cage (10) for a ball bearing (100) comprises identical shells made (11, 12) of a synthetic material and defining together a set of ball-cups (15). These shells (11, 12) are assembled together by connection pins (18) made of a synthetic material and received in respective housings (19). Each housing is formed by two holes (191, 192) respectively made in the two shells, in a massive part (14) of each shell extending between two ball-cups (15).
