<p>If an optical lens substrate having on its surface a shape of a diffraction grating is made of a resin, an erosion occurs between the optical lens substrate and a nano-composite film material, thus resulting in deterioration of the performance as the optical diffraction element. In a method for manufacturing an optical diffraction element, a nano-composite film material is dropped onto a mold and is heated and dried, so that a solvent in the nano-composite film material is evaporated and removed. Thereafter, the mold is successively assembled to form a predetermined thickness of a nano-composite film on the optical lens substrate. As a result, an optical diffraction element in which no reaction occurs between the optical lens substrate and the nano-composite film material and which has excellent optical characteristics can be manufactured.</p> |
