<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil aligning guide roller mechanism for increasing coiling speed while avoiding a material coil from abutting on the partition plates of a coiling disk in the process using the coiling disk for coiling the material coil whose width is the same as the inner width between the partition plates, thus obtaining a super high quality product coil. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of vertical rotating rollers 1, 2 in slightly spaced and eccentric relation are set on a roller supporting base 3, and the roller supporting base 3 is fixed to a up-and-down movable horizontal arm 11. Thus, the material coil 13 in a horizontal state is reversed when passing through the pair of vertical rotating rollers 1, 2, and introduced between the partition plates 28 in an almost vertical state. Without abutting on the partition plates 28, it is restored into the original state and coiled when grounded on the coiling disk 27.
