<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of enhancing the uniformity of a passage height of a passage in the vicinity of a gas passage hole, and improving the uniformity of gas flow distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier includes a plurality of separators 1 having gas through-holes 11 and laminated in the thickness direction, a moisture retaining film held between the adjacent separators 1 in the laminating direction, and a seal part 9 arranged at least along the outer edge of the gas through-hole 11. The separator 1 includes a hole size-setting contact part 7. The hole size-setting contact part 7 is formed at the edge part side of the gas through-hole 11, and protruded toward the separator 1 adjacent in the thickness direction of the separator 1 and in contact with the separator 1 adjacent in the laminating direction, thereby setting the crushing margin of the seal part 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
