<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head moving apparatus capable of quickly advancing a work head positioned outside an interference region into the interference region while preventing the plurality of work heads from interfering with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The head moving apparatus includes a main control part 102 for controlling the moving operation of a first head unit 3 so as to move the first head unit 3 from the outside of the interference region to a mounting position in the interference region while withdrawing a second head unit 4 from the inside of the interference region to the outside of the interference region so that the first head unit 3 and the second head unit 4 do not interfere with each other on the basis of at least the withdrawing acceleration of the second head unit 4 when the second head unit 4 is withdrawn from the inside of the interference region to the outside of the interference region when the second head unit 4 is positioned in the interference region where there is a possibility that the first head unit 3 and the second head unit 4 interfere with each other and the first head unit 3 is positioned outside the interference region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
