USAGE FEE PLAN PROPOSAL SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usage fee plan proposal system that determines whether a fee plan selected by a customer is suitable and proposes a fee plan suited to the customer's usage record regardless of the customer's intention.

SOLUTION: The usage fee plan proposal system includes: a usage fee data storage part 3 for storing data on a plurality of usage fee plans; a customer data storage part 5 for storing customer data including a usage fee plan contracted by a customer and the customer's usage record; a usage fee plan suitability determination part 7; and a plan proposal part 9. The usage fee plan suitability determination part 7 determines whether or not the contracted usage fee plan is suited to the usage record on the basis of the customer's usage record. If the usage fee plan suitability determination part 7 determines that the contracted usage fee plan is not suited to the usage record, the plan proposal part 9 proposes a usage fee plan suited to the usage record to the customer.
