<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure which suppresses deterioration of a sealing device, suppresses sliding resistance of a lip, and makes it easy to attach the sealing device. <P>SOLUTION: A first inner circumferential surface 80 of a cylindrical surface and a second inner circumferential surface 81, which extends from one end in the axial direction of the first circumferential surface 80 to one end of the inner circumferential surface and whose minimum inner diameter is larger than that of the first circumferential surface 80, are formed on one end of the inner circumferential surface of an outer ring 2. In a stage prior to assembling the sealing device 8, the outer diameter of a cylindrical outer circumferential surface 98 of a cylindrical part 60 is made larger than the inner diameter of the first circumferential surface 80 and smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the second inner circumferential surface 81. A positioning outer circumferential surface part 99, whose outer diameter is larger than the minimum inner diameter of the second inner circumferential surface 81, is formed on one end side of the cylindrical part 60 of a base part 50. A distance in the axial direction from an end at a first ball 5 side in the axial direction of the cylindrical part 60 up to the positioning outer circumferential surface part 99 is made shorter than the length in the axial direction of the second inner circumferential surface 81.
