PROCESS FOR REPLICATION OF INFLUENZA VIRUSES IN CELL CULTURE, AND INFLUENZA VIRUS OBTAINABLE BY THE PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a simple and economical replication of influenza viruses in cell culture, and to provide a process for introducing highly effective vaccines.

SOLUTION: There is provided a process for the replication of the influenza viruses in the cell culture, wherein the process includes culturing in the cell culture the cells expectably infected with the influenza viruses, infecting the cells with the influenza viruses and, after infection, culturing at a temperature in the range of 30-36°C to replicate the viruses.
