<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that although many fields requiring mist having fine and uniform particle diameter distribution are present, a liquid feed by a high pressure feed pump or use of high pressure compressor, a large capacity compressor are inevitable and a system which does not use the pump or compressor does not exist. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle generating mist having a remarkably narrow particle diameter distribution with the small quantity of air having low pressure is provided by the proper combination of an orifice structure arranged on the same axis, a swirl flow generation element and a straightening cylinder. In concrete terms, an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 1 are arranged on the same axis, the swirl flow generation element 3 for generating swirl flow by forming a groove or perforating structure is provided on a gap part between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and the tip part of the nozzle has an orifice structure 11 formed by narrowing the flow path for a fluid in the outer cylinder to increase the flow rate of the fluid in the outer cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
