<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser damper which can efficiently absorb laser light, and with which the temperature of a housing is not made high. <P>SOLUTION: The housing 21 made of stainless steel is provided with an incidence window 22 made of quartz, the inside of a space formed by the housing 21 and the incidence window 22 is packed with many transparent particles 23 of silicon oxide, the housing 21 is provided with a feed port 25 and an exhaust port 26, and the feed port 25 and the exhaust port 26 are connected with a circulation pump 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
