<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine capable of easily carrying out cleaning work of adhered dross. <P>SOLUTION: When a cylindrical member 5 is mounted, the cylindrical member 5 is inserted into a first path 33a from an opening 32 and the cylindrical member 5 is moved toward a second path 33b. Since the cylindrical member 5 abuts on a stepped inner circumferential surface 33e of a step path 33 and is received by it, the cylindrical member 5 is held in a suction path 33. When the cylindrical member 5 is taken out, the cylindrical member 5 is moved in an opposite direction to an insertion direction so that it is pulled out from the suction path 33. The cylindrical member 5 is pulled out from/is inserted into the suction path 33 so that the cylindrical member 5 is detached from/is attached to a machining table 3.
