PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall panel support 1 facilitating the detachment and replacement of an external wall panel 2 and supporting the external wall panels 2 of various parts of a building to a building skeleton. SOLUTION: An external wall panel support structure 1 includes a panel receiving implement 6 mounted to a framework 9 constituting the building skeleton, to receive the load of the external wall panel 2, and a projecting piece 5a formed at a panel fixing frame 4a fixed to the indoor surface 3a of a base material 3 of the external wall panel 2 and fitted to the panel receiving means 6.
