PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water storage facility or the like having a function capable of storing rain water or the like, and capable of using it as drinking water and life water or the like. SOLUTION: This water storage facility 1 includes a water storage part 15 provided in an excavated part 5 excavated from a ground face 3, and provided with a space skeleton part 11 constituted by assembling skeleton blocks 9 and a water permeable layer 13 for covering at least a top face of the space skeleton part 11, the first filter part 7 provided in an upper side of the water storage part 15, and for filtrating water flowing into the water storage part 15, a pipe line 17 attached to the water storage part 15, and extended from the water storage part 15 to a ground surface, a pump part 19 attached to the pipe line 17, and for pumping up the water stored in the water storage part 15, the second filter part 23 for purifying the water pumped up by the pump part 19, and a water impermeable layer 25 provided in a side way and an underside of the water storage part 15. The water storage facility 1 filtrates the rain water or the like by the first filter 7, stores the water in the water storage part 15, and purifies the water by the second filter part 23 when pumped up by the pump part 19, so as to be used as the drinking water or the like.
