PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for casting molding, which allows a stable feeding of a molding material into a cavity within a mold, control of poor demolding during demolding, and an easy cleaning of an injection nozzle even when poor demolding occurs, and achieves good operation efficiency of demolding and high productivity. SOLUTION: The casting molding device 1 is mounted on the mold 4 for casting molding of a thermosetting resin and includes the injection nozzle 2 communicating with the cavity 5 in the mold 4 to inject the thermosetting resin into the cavity 5. The tip portion 14 arranged at the tip of the injection nozzle 2 is made of a thermally insulating resin and coated with a metal plating layer. The configuration controls transfer of heat from the thermosetting resin charged in the cavity 5 to the thermosetting resin within the injection nozzle 2 during molding, and also controls adhesion of the thermosetting resin charged in the cavity 5 to the injection nozzle 2.
