PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that achieves excellent durability as well as stable electric characteristics and formation of high-quality images for a long period of time by using a surface protective layer having high wear resistance and smooth surface property and hardly causing changes in the electric characteristics, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge using the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a support and at least a photosensitive layer and a surface protective layer formed on the support, wherein the surface protective layer includes a cured product of an oligomer with a radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structural moiety, the oligomer having a hyper-branch structure or a dendrimer structure having at least an acryloyloxy group or a methacryloyloxy group at a terminal.
