PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which has good use feeling, is excellent in spread on coating, having no sticky feeling, and having good conformability, and has high base agent stability. SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes (a) 1.0-10.0 mass% of a (styrene/butadiene) copolymer and (b) 1.0-40.0 mass% of a dineopentanoic acid alkylene glycol represented by general formula (I) and/or a neopentanoic acid alkyl ester, wherein m denotes an integer of 2-4, and n denotes an integer of 2-3.
