PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of completely preventing a failure due to a collision of a game ball with a movable performance means or the like by completely sectioning the movable region of the movable performance means and the movable region of the game ball. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine has a display window 25 for an image display means 22 and an image performance frame 13 detachably attached to a mounting hole 20 formed on a game board 5. The image performance frame 13 includes: a stage 38 arranged on the lower side of the display window 25 in a right and left direction in order to roll and drop forward the game ball which has entered a predetermined ball entrance; the movable performance means 30 arranged on the front side of the display window 25 and driven by a driving means so as to move in the right and left direction; and a transparent cover 34 for covering the front side of the movable performance means 30. The transparent cover 34 is arranged such that its lower side of a part corresponding to the front side of the movable performance means 30 is arranged backward from the upper side and on the rear side of the stage 38.
