PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an interruption control method and an interruption control program capable of improving system performance by shortening a time from the occurrence of interruption to dispatch. SOLUTION: The information processing system includes: n-pieces of status registers (n is an integer of 2 or larger) each indicating the presence or absence of an interruption request to a processor for each of a plurality of interruption factors; a memory having the stored information of a search order to identify the search order of the n-pieces of status registers; an interruption control unit for confirming contents of the n-pieces of status registers according to the search order, and identifying an interruption factor causing the interruption request on the occurrence of the interruption request.
