The cooling device has a heat conducting gas evaporating device for storing liquefaction gases under high pressure and connected to a device to be cooled. An expansion valve (3) is arranged on top-part of a liquid gas tank (1) which stores liquid gas (2) i.e. nitrogen gas. Heat is transferred from the device to be cooled to the gas evaporating device above sole and/or cooling air. The gas evaporating device regulates the expansion valve and/or a heat exchanger (8). The expansion valve and/or the heat exchanger is passed from the sole and/or cooling air.
