INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

It is possible to surely and effectively execute a data backup process and a virus detection/destruction process. A management device (20) reads out all the data stored in a storage device (11) connected to an information processing device (10) and causes a backup storage device (40) to store the data as an image file (41).  A virus detection device (30) executes a virus detection process for the image file (41) in the backup storage device (40) in accordance with a request from the management device (20).  If a computer virus is detected, a virus destruction process is executed for the image file (41).  Upon completion of the virus destruction process, the management device (20) reads out the image file (41) from the backup storage device (40) and writes the image file (41) back to the storage device (11).
