BALLOT PAPER COUNTER AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A ballot counter and a counting method thereof are provided to reduce ballot counting time by counting and collecting ballots without an additional PC controller. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(70) senses inputted ballots and generates the image of the ballot. A recognition processor(230) recognizes the image of the image sensor and processes the ballot according to a ballot processing mode. An image information DB(250) stores image recognition result information recognized by the recognition processor. A display unit(310) displays the image recognition result information recognized by the recognition processor.
